The annual Farm to Fork is a FREE one-day annual event that takes place on Saturday, October 4, 2025 . Begin your self-guided tour at the Sharon Museum and Gardens (18974 Leslie Street, Sharon, Ont.), where you can check in, grab your route map, and pick up a complimentary thermo-tote for your family (limited quantities, only while supplies last). Then hit the road and explore these amazing farms at your own pace!

From fresh produce and free-run eggs to artisanal goods, flowers, and baked treats, you’ll get to see (and in some cases sample!) where your food really comes from.

Check in at Sharon Museum and Gardens is from 9am to 2pm.

Please note: Pets are not permitted on many of the properties on the tour. We recommend leaving your furry friends at home.
