About the Event
Kick off summer the old-fashioned way! Join us at Sharon Museum and Gardens for JUNE DAY, a beloved tradition dating back to the Children of Peace, who gathered each June to mark the end of planting season and to celebrate David Willson's birthday. Carried on for generations by the York Pioneers and the Sharon Temple Museum Society, this cherished celebration is the perfect afternoon out for the whole family.
Wander our stunning heritage buildings and park grounds, explore fascinating displays including British Home Children artifacts and quilts, watch blacksmithing demonstrations, admire a collection of tractors, try your hand at crafts, and soak in live music from the Newmarket Citizens' Band.
